    CUP PROFILE
    Not your classic Kenyan coffee.
This rare, organic certified Kenya AA green coffee has complex and rich flavors of concord grape that mimic a grape jelly vibe. A lively acidity of strawberry of blackberry is balanced by layers of nougat and vanilla. This full-bodied Kenyan unroasted coffee shows off a decadent chocolate with b
rown sugar sweetness and hints of candied orange in the finish.
“A gourmet Kenyan coffee that displays a fine & balanced body, a zesty brightness and rich, complex flavors.”
    ROAST PROFILE
    Medium Roast
develops a structured cup with aromas of fresh berry, accented by hints of red grape and strawberry in the finish. A milk chocolate body rounds up the cup
    .
    Dark Roast
develops layers of rich berry jam and smooth deep chocolate notes layered with silky caramel under-notes.
Our Kenya AA raw whole beans are a large screen size with high density and will likely crave heat earlier in the roasting process.
    Recommended Roast:
    Medium Roast.
    FARM PROFILE
Organic coffee in Kenya is rare. But excellent organic coffee is practically unheard of. We are excited to support the growth of any farmer producing organics. Established in 1976, the Muiri Estate received its organic certification in 2008 and has garnered the reputation of excellence in coffee production.
The Muiri Estate sits on an expansive shade-grown farm of about 400 acres in the acclaimed Nyeri County, Kenya’s revered coffee region. Equipped with an onsite wet mill and access to a large dam, the Estate’s organic coffee is processed with a laser focus on quality control.
